  • In my opinion, the most perfectly sung song ever recorded. He hits every note perfect, even in this live version. What a classic!

  • Blessings to the Campbell family. Really saddened to learn of the Alzheimers. Sending highest regards and affection to his family, who will need much support in coping with the effects of the disease on this beautifully talented soul.

  • Better than good

  • This was my dad's favorite song ever. My dad has been gone for 34 years and I still cry when I hear this song just like I'm doing now. He is amazing!!

  • Go into that good night Glen, you deserve it.

  • Perfection. An American Icon. Noboby could touch him in his prime. On a good day maybe Jerry Reed could out pick this man.

  • Glen Campbell , to me, is the best singer/musician in American music history. Maybe not the most famous, but the best. I don't think I have ever seen anyone that could compare to his live performances.

  • What a gift to America and mankind is Glenn Campbell. May God bless him through out his future struggle. His music has given me so much joy though out all these years.

  • This is top shelf ...

    Top Shelf ,,,,

  • Great singer. He can sing an octave higher thn come back down. He cud sing higher than me nd i'm a girl :D

  • there isnt really away to talk about music w/out him

  • @MyJ66 - The orchestra was off camera to the left of the studio audience in an isolated area to minimize feedback problems. That's why the audience shots are generally from the left. Carol Burnett Show was shot the same way. CBS TV City setup for most of the stages.
