The launch of Gemini 4 - June 3rd 1965 - Onboard are astronauts Jim McDivitt (Command Pilot) and Edward White (Pilot). This is the CBS TV broadcast audio with footage from a Gemini countdown, followed by the Gemini 4 launch footage, followed by the Gemini footage. Again, as with some other videos where there is, at the moment, no (or limited) video footage available, I hope the viewer understands that this is the only way I can think of to display the footage.

Given that the audio was from CBS-TV, perhaps you could replace the NBC animation of the latter part of the "powered ascent" with a CBS animation you have from a later Gemini launch.

At least it would "look" more authentic.

Thanks for unearthing these rare video and audio tapes of early U.S. space launches.

Yeah ALt I did think about it...I could have used the Gemini 10 footage again. I guess I was trying to add a bit of variety by using different footage thatn the other audio-not the right footage videos....! If I redo them I will change it but bear with me ok?

Jack King's commentary debut. He would give the countdowns for most US manned launches until 1971, including of course Apollo 11.
