I get protein from eggs, cheese, tofu, soy milk, nuts, and other soy products (edamame, roasted soy nuts, etc). Also, most veggie-meat products are great and high in protein.
My favorite snack is teh Vanilla Chai Tea protein drink from Bolthouse Farms... 10g in 8oz :D And it's YUM.

Edamame is a great form of protein..and my local Sam's Club sells them in individual containers that you can just throw in the microwave..quick, easy and healthy!

I just bought some Veggie Patch Meatless Meatballs... from Kroger near the Soy Cheese and other soy products. I'm surprised... they're really good. I brought some Newman's pasta sauce and grated a zuchini with a potato peeler and used that as my pasta. Low calorie and awesome!

I really agree!! Becoming vegetarian is one of the best things I have done for myself.. besides weightloss..
I love TOFU.. its a great meat alternative.
Do you have any before and after pictures. That would be great to see!

I do but I don't have a scanner. I have a video I want to post talking about the before and after but sadly no scanner. Hopefully once I get settled in my new apartment I can pick on up.
