The 7-steps model is a solution-focused approach to change. It can be used in therapy, coaching, self-coaching and team-coaching. The 7-steps model was developed in 2004 by Coert Visser & Gwenda Schlundt Bodien. It builds on the work of Steve de Shazer, Insoo Kim Berg and their colleagues of the Brief Family Therapy Center in Milwaukee.

  • informative brief overview on the seven steps model. Goes much to fast however. I am a fast reader and I am missing the text at the end of longer segments.

  • Hi carmenc2k, thanks! sorry it is too fast
