Sonic Generations : Classic Sonic - Blast Effect Tutorial -

Thanks to Paraxade and Romanemul who helped me to do the Blast Effect , its difficult to understand , i had the same problem to also understand this glitch ...
After all requests , this is my tutorial of the Blast Effect of Sonic Generations .

I feel like I'm activating the glitch, as my initial boost is very fast, but the momentum doesn't hold. I'm nor sure what I'm doing wrong.

Also, I've got a couple questions:

For the whole time you are doing the glitch, do you have to hold the joystick in the sweet spot the whole time?

And how quickly after releasing X do you press A?

Maybe you should record your hands doing it slowly like you did in this video and then show us how you do the blast effects in like one second.
