@JWatters29 on xbox 360, left trigger fully pressed is auto aim, left trigger half pressed is free aim and to zoom in while aiming you press the right joystick button i believe, but for the aiming in this video you just press the left trigger

you get the achievement if you meet them the first time.. you'll have the other meets to go towards the 100%
