Well she is cute and I like how she talks, but this seems like one of those advertisement for software update or something. I'm not really usually interested in those products but the promotional video does look cute and fun. It something certainly people over here in the U.S never seem to attempt to do.

I would say I first heard about this promotion from reading a Halloween event from a webcomic series called Hetalia: Axis Powers by Hidekaz Himaruya. The comic mention about this promotion with a cute (he actually describe her as "moe" but I refuse to refer to her as such) which got a lot of the Japanese attention so I was a bit curious.This must be the promotion video Hidekaz was referring too (after all the Republic of China in that event was dress as her).

又不會過度嬌柔造過
如果模仿日本文化使用蘿莉音
市場或許就會局限在某塊族群
這種聲音對女生來說比較容易接受
