I thought about importing from Play Asia. Does it install and run okay on a US copy of Windows XP or Windows 7?

@FrosChannel Yep, it works fine on Windows XP, Vista and 7. I'm in Australia and have no issues, although, there isn't as many people online any more because Forte Escape left Pentavision (IE, there won't be any DLC)

It's globally available, I live in Australia and have it. You can buy it from Play-Asia.
