wow....learned.. tell me is it true that rice turns into SUGAR ? i rince and rince my rice untill the water is clear . will this not turn to sugar by doing this.

REMEMBER SOY MILK STILL HAS FAT IN IT!! SO.. get the low fat soy milk! :)
It taste pretty much the same and I lost 7 pounds in a week yo! I have had tons of trouble too. Just doing ONE of these changes will help you in the long run. love!

i came across this looking to see opinions on using soy milk for say cereal....but know i will say this-i hope you are just trying to be helthy because you dooooo not have to loose any wight.you are fine as you are-you are attracrtive via looks and personality-dont ruin it with anymore weight loss.

Thanks :) That's very sweet. I am fairly healthy other than some genetics stuff. I try to maintain my weight at a certain range so that if I'm 5lbs over I eat a little less calories and if I'm 5lbs under I eat a little more. :)
Soy milk is sweeter than milk, so I usually eat it with bland cereals like bran, but I think it makes other cereal, like honey crunch, too sweet.
