Starherd: Yes.
The concept of putting this series to this song came first, and it all fit, with lots of action stuff going on (and lots of explosions, and James Bond-type Easily Escapable Traps). Some of the sequences came out fairly light-hearted, and the song just sort of bops along... but there's dramatic stuff happening, too. The video ended up being about the friendship between the two female leads of the OAV, Yamiko and Nancy - and about love and betrayal and survival. With lots of explosions.
Music is "Die Another Day" by Madonna, and the anime footage used is the "Read Or Die" OAVs... which this video contains spoilers for, if you're wary about that kind of thing.

Anywho good job... is just me or is it kind of wierd that every read or die movie or book goes with this music? Mabey they wrote it while listing to this... I dunno any way good job again like they overlay editing too!
