We made 2.5 X 6 inch plates running vertical for better water circulation and gas release. Here's how we connected the electrodes.

  • We are currently building the new PWM board which will work at 5 volts. We've got a step down transformer planned for the job. We had it on the battery for this video just to test our new design. You are exactly right about less volts, but the amps will still be high and pull more work from the engine/alternator. We're figuring it out one step at a time, and will always post our results. Thanks for the comments!

  • nice engineering design, i need one of these

  • Need some nuetrals, or you can use 3 volts which without a really good power supply you won't get much production.

  • I love this clear jug

  • Ecleletn desing

  • Check out terrystech videos , he has some ideas to lower amp and gain more energy at the same time.

  • @baduki2008 I have to agree. Having your system setup as +n-n+ allows not only better charge distribution but also lower amps for less currant is needed to acheive the same results at any voltage. And to boot the eficiency goes up within any electrical system when you have nuetrality.

  • Consider runnings 12v direct and using well water or cheap drinking water with no electrolytes. My machine pulls 3 amps after one hour and little heat. Adding electrolyte makes the amps climb fast.

  • old video

  • that is my idea too
