  • You make some great points. If you had your own radio station id listen everyday

  • People are trying to disagree by saying this shouldn't but that's not the issue, the funeral issue rarely arises more often people are posting pictures from weddings without permission. I am in my 20's when people I know started using the internet I was in my early teens some of those photo's keep resurfacing which doesn't bother me so much but as my name will be googled it adds to my profile which really should be current pictures...

  • @wiseassgamer If i had a chance to weed a bad apple out before he/she causes problems I would definitely take advantage of the opportunity.

  • @wiseassgamer Now this is different. If I go to a bar and I saw my employee drunk like a fish it wouldn't bother me as long that this is not his usual behaviour in the office. If though, he is an account manager in my business, I would like him to represent himself as respectful at all times. As an account manager you're always on the clock since you are the face of a company. There are many other positions like this.

  • @TheDreamReborn I see it the same as, say you're a supervisor, you go to a bar one night, you see one of your employees getting drunk, should you have the right to fire this person, he or she is not on company time and showing no indication that they work for you... Grant it, if he or she is wearing a uniform then I can see your point, cause they then will be representing the company, but if anything else, it his or her personal time...

  • @TheDreamReborn I like you man, your vids are awesome, but I must respectfully disagree... If I ran a business, and in some ways I do; but when hiring employees my biggest concern is whether you can do the job or not... I'm sorry but I see this as being very detrimental to employment here in America. Yes social networking sites are public but they are in a sense their own business.
