Composer: J.S. Bach (arr. Ian Anderson)

Growing up on Tull, Floyd, Zep, The Who, Stones, Beatles has really spoiled me. So hard to appreciate any of today's music having listened to the Mozart's of their time.

I saw him in the early 1700's on the "classical" tour with Mozart and Beethoven in Leipzig when I was fourteen. I think Chopin was the opening act. Man that show ROCKED!!!

You missed Deep Purple. But I agree with you. What can we expect from today´s newcomers when they have not heard the gods of that new era!!!

The problem today is that you have to search for the really good artists, they're not famous anymore, but if you search well, you can be surprised (and maybe you'll have to check in other genres of music...if you can bare it)

When we were kids in the early 70's, we all disagreed about the best guitarist, but we all agreed about the best bass player--Jethro Tull's original bassist: Glen Cornick
