Definitely under rated. I've been hooked on these guys since Nothing Wrong With Love came out. If they come to town, I go see them, even if I have to pawn something to buy a ticket.

The easiest way to play the main part is...
E(open) - C#minor(open A minor shaped barre) - E(open) - Ab(open E shaped barre) - A(open E shaped Barre) - E(open A shaped barre) - B(open E shaped barre)
then the keep on living part is...
Open E - B5 (7th fret barre) - A5 (5th fret barre)
and then like you said before he hits the C on the word nooooooothing

Great song, everytime I hear it iI cant stop singing it for days.

Yeah. That's how I realized I was wrong on the chords though. Second chord is actually a C# minor, D minor if played with the album version.
-
the solo's pretty fun to play over it
-
Sorry. It's tuned up a half step, so you can sort of play it as F, A, Bb, etc. but when he doesn't bar the Ab (A in this case) and when he slides to A (Bb in this case) it will sound off with an open E and not an open F string. So it's best to play it either tuned up or just in the key of E.
-
On the album it's tuned up a 1/4th step.
Song's in E, chords are E, Ab (the second time he plays it you don't bar it and just put your index on the b string), A, B, and a C on theres noooothing.
Pretty easy song.
