@milovela1983 It probably looks unsterilized because, ironically, it has been sterilized. Usually sterilization of dental tools requires the tool to go into a heated and/or chemical autoclave,which can degrade the equipment because of the corrosion during the cleaning process. :o

@LifeFragments it may look horrible to those who have never expierinced pain of acute pericoronitis, or those who has not suffered for hours sitiing on dental chair with their dentist struglling with wisdom tooth.
lingual split is the only tech. which can remove any wisdom tooth within 5 minutes .

@drsankalpmittal wow but it still looks painful the dentist wanted to extract both my wisdom teeth and they haven not even grown out yet :o

@LifeFragments thats the right time to remove the third molars, because once they are fully developed it require more bone to be removed so if your third molars are causing problem better get them exrected
