Start with the peddles 12 oclock and 6 oclock and lock the wheel to the chain/frame with one foot and leap up finding the lower peddle
with the other foot. Wallah

I started juggling at 26 and I am now 40. I performed with the giraffe at many parades and public events. This helped me get accustomed to it.
You can practice this trick without a bike "Stand on one foot moving the other foot like a peddle to the back and front of you(dont touch the floor). This develops the knee mussle and a sense of balance. Close your eyes off on on and try juggling. Swap the foot and try the other leg.
Also learn to ride the bike backwards asap
