@TrueTempleDog Just picked mine up from S&R on Sunday. At that time, they had 20 or so left in stock. Also, if you haven't ordered already, if you order online between now and boxing day they will knock 10% off I believe. Makes this an unbelievable deal.

i was wondering, how tough is this sword, will it handle matchete work without bending, or would it take a set?
I have a couple of cold steel matchetes that i abuse to hell and they never bend no matter what i do, i was wondering if this sword would to the same.

@yourlitlesister , It's either equal or superior to CS steel. 5160 spring steel, with an amazing blade geometry and design. But why would you waste money on a serious sword if all you need is a machete for chore work? If so, stick with CS machetes, they're good for the price to abuse and discard.

@GenuineDutchGuy , depends on the blade. The geometry on this takwak is very good. I don't have the matching katana yet. Normally I would say katana, but this is a pretty sweet cutter.
