@durptunes Well, excuse me...but those foreign students are occupying seats in our classrooms that otherwise would be filled with our own Canadian students. Foreigners are also getting a "free ride" on the backs of Canadian taxpayers. This system of inequality put toward Canadian citizens is one that I seriously disagree with. IMO I pay taxes to support Canadians FIRST and everybody else should pay their own way if they choose to come to Canada seeking an education. Understand now, Junior???

@MegaTmarshall The other thing that first world nations do is, is as follows: by taking taking the smartest people from third world countries they are stunting the growth of these third world countries - ensuring that they will never gain power. Think about it, if you take all the engineers and doctors from a developing country who will build those countries? Nobody. The only ones left behind will be the idiots. It is all about controlling power.

@tothatextent Cont'd...More and more, our own people (who are well qualified) are now being overlooked and subjected to reverse discrimination by immigrants that occupy key positions within our government for hiring. So why don't we just roll over and die and just give them the whole damned country??? I don't think that it's fair to our own people.

@tothatextent You are so right about the intellectual capability but no social status of immigrants. I have noticed that when given the opportunity, the first place that immigrants seek employment is in a position of authority...such as with the Canadian government. Notice the ethnic background of people checking baggage at airports, revenue agents that process our taxes and so on. Also, who usually answers the phone when you call a Canadian government agency? This is annoying for me.

The strategy is as follows: firstly, you can not give the positions of influence to people who are already integrated into the a country's social structure. Why? Because they will eventually gain the financial status and social acceptance to replace a current power structure. You fill key positions with people who have the intellectual capability but no social status - immigrants.

@MegaTmarshall Cont'd...The problem is too many greedy lawyers that serve as politicians! Solution? Cut the pay in half to attract people that are GENUINELY interested in the good of public service instead of just rich and greedy lawyers. The savings would be tremendous for the taxpayers and a lawyer could be held on retainer when needed by the MPP for a fraction of our current costs. Why attract so many greedy scumbags with honey when we have so many intelligent people that need a job???
