im pretty sure, you have subarmonics problem. im sorry i cant to explain what you have to do in english, but try to put, something on your bridge, extacly on that string, that can to stop the vibration of the string.
i have the same at the B string opened, and at the string G on the 7 fret.
i had to put on the bridge something like an adesive that stop minimum the string. and i do not have it.
but my bridge is 20 y.o. this is normal problem to me

You can also set the note-off level in the AX-50 to a higher value, for example 20, and I have set the trigger value to 3. I'm using the Ghost piezos from Graphtech, and I have to set the sensitivity very low (around 10). Let me know how it goes. I can get decent tracking with picking or fingerstyle.

It seems that you already eliminated fret buzz by raising the action, but there are other things you can try. I have the AX-50, and although it's not perfect, I can use it to practice with different sounds. For example, using heavier strings (.11) and a thin pick helped with tracking. Also, there are some places in the strings that produce natural harmonics, and the AX-50 will play them as notes. The trick is to adjust your technique and pull away from the string very fast. That's a nice guitar.

The way to avoid this double trigger is to adjust the sensitivity on the 5th and 6th sting a little lower. ALSO, CHECK IF THE ACTION IS NOT TOO LOW on thise strings. If you raise the sensitivity too high, you will get double trigger, more likely on piano sound. I have an Axon Ax100 MKII : with my Godin ACS sa, no double triggers . The piezos that Robert Godin use are LR Baggs or RMC, which are both top notch quality.
It sounds like there's a noticeable delay between when you pick the note and when it comes out on the synth. Is that delay always there?

...continued from below.... On both my GR-33, and my VG-88 units, I had to spend time to make all the proper configuration settings. I am NOT familiar with the Axon products, so I don't know if you have these options, or if you have even been through this with the Mfg.'s of the two products, but on the Roland products, there are setting to select Piezo pickups, vs. Roland GK-2, etc., Roland units also have a setup utility that allow you to change the individual string sensitivity. Check that.

ya ..its very diffn .. i updated the firmware then ..a slight improvement was there but ..i dont knwo ..what pickups thes godin guitar use...its peizio but .. not the graphtechs.. ones... n i see multiple triggering in the midi notes.. which takes hours to clean for one particular.... workout... ... my dream of midi guitar would take next 5 years to produce i guess.. but for now the technology is still... a baby.. but at this point of life the price i paid was very high since am from far east..

I havent used the ax100 mkII. am using the axon 50 but since the axon has built in sounds too.. it may be nice to jam without a computer.. but .. midi guitar thing is not as u imagin the possiblities are not as we imagine its like playing guitar with a robot. I wousl suggest u to go to the store and check the equipment first before doin such huge inventment..
