@hawwger I saw Jimmy at Riverfest in Mo this year. I was soooo impressed. I had an absolute blast. You can tell he is an awesome person. He had the father of a little girl hand her up to him on stage, wrapped her in a Rebel flag & sand to her. That little girl will remember that her whole life. There was a down syndrom boy near me that was so happy. As for me, I forgot my problems & my pain & danced my ass off. He & the band are so tallented & brought so much joy to so many that night.

I agree that the Van Zandt family...stands for a lot about all of us who live down south. Zorah might have married an ugly man...ha...but he's a good one!

He came to Vanderbuilt children's hospital in 2008 when i was in there and sent me a signed photo and one of his guitar picks because i was too sick to go down there and see him :)

I think Jimmy sings skynyrd better than Johnny actually! This is so much closer to Ronnies soul.. Jimmy have that same rock/songwriter way of singing that Ronnie had.. YES, Theres still some really god people like Jimmy holding the spirit a live. Im the happiest man in Norway right now..Lol. Is there anyway i can get a cd from this man?? Please help me.. I can not beleive how people who wish they were someone can be so pesimistic and talk about stuff they have no idea about. Jimmy is indeed Ronnie, Donnie and Johnny's cousin ( Know music man has it). I am a good friend of Jimmies and have been since 1979 and have done sound for Jimmie and Johnny. Jimmie and Johnny are great people to be around so unless you know dont open your mouth. Makes you look like idiots for those in the know! You Know! Peace
