  • Yeah and this guy was the main commentator for Track & Field for years in Great Britain in the 70's and 80's and I always thought he was off!! Rarely ever got anything right! Look at Carl Lewis 100m world record in 1991for instance and he says Leroy Burrel wins when clearly Carl won with a world record!! LOL!!

  • @benoni45 she always is....but i like her look better in 1984 with hair bun...makes her look more mature and elegant...just like her running style.

  • Yes she was! Beautiful! Not overly muscular, epitome of a female sprinter.

  • Ashford is a class act for sure, Issajenko's static nerve problem, still giving her big problems.
