Bury St. Edmunds is a great not-so-little town located in Suffolk. There is something for everyone here, and we all strongly recommend that you check it it out! It's certainly worth a look. It is very easily accessible, as well. Just hop on a national express train headings towards London from the Norwich station, change at either Ipswich or Stowmarket (we chose to change at Ipswich) and hop on a train heading towards Cambridge and get off at Bury St. Edmunds. Total travel time is about one hour, not including waiting for and transferring trains. Check out our PowerPoint presentation for more information on the town. Thanks, and enjoy!
