Who can argue with wanting to take care of our home, our earth. More drilling, more oil, more burning, more pollution, more global warming is not even rational. Join the Sierra Club in insisting our leaders get real.

I'm thinking that Global Warming may happen, but it's NOT caused by Co2 and We are bankrupting our Countries to pay Carbon Taxes. Just another way for the Government to Tax us.

What about all the "Compelling Evidence" That Global warming is Cyclical (coming approx. every 1,000 years) and NOT caused by Co2 emissions? A Thousand years ago there was little industry and no Vehicles or Power plants to CAUSE Global Warming, but IT HAPPENED. The Head Scientist of the Australian CSRIRO announced they had been searching for "pockets" of Co2 in the Holes in the Ozone Layer and had been UNABLE to find a Single One.

Also the Temperature has Not changed in the Last ten years...

We all need to worry about making changes in conserving our natural resources. We should not just expect the government to take care of the problem. As consumers, our purchasing power speaks louder than our words! Make your dollar speak to the businesses that pollute by not purchasing or reduce your purchasing of their products, and send them a message that is fully understood. Our government will only react when we force an issue or when we act in accordance with our demand!

Your inanity is showing. Because of seeing some scientist on YouTube say this or that is or is not true, it must be? First find out how long it takes crude oil to be created. Then figure out how fast we are using it. If at this point you don't see a problem with using natural resources at the rate we are using the resources, perhaps can use your amazing analytical ability to figure out how to force renewal of the natural resources.

Who elects these people? It seems to be that the public in these states are extremely misinformed. Hopefully Sierra or some other group can help with this so they don't elect such short sighted people in the future.
