Should irresponsible parents/ex guardians be forced to get their tubes tied/a vasectomy for the sake of relieving certain societal expenses? What is the best route to take?

I was watching CBN today and our government has tried this already right here in America. We had government mandated sterilization in certain states. I heard about a lady who was raped and got pregnant and they sterilized her in the hospital without telling her. She found out later and asked them why and they answered "because you are feeble minded" She is now persuing a college degree and her son is a successful entrepreneur. Feeble minded? I think not!

what about the men who keep getting girl pregnant and then walking away so the girl has little option but to give it up? should they be fined or sterilized? no i dont think so, the goverment has no buisness in the bedrooms of the people and that goes for every one

@IloveVegetathemost i believe people with certain disabilities like mild-severily mentally retarded{MENTALLY CHALLENGED}should be forced to get sterilised. i'm mild mentally retarded{MENTALLY CHALLENGED} and i had my parents get me sterilised when i was 20 years old because my parents and i know i'm not caoable of raising children. it was for my best interest to get sterilised.
