He is an embarrassment to the great state of Arizona! He needs to be taught a lesson that one does not break the law in order to uphold the law. And that he is not above the law!

And what about when he totaled his county issued car? What would have happened to one of his deputies for doing that?!

i see the profiling of hispanics is a sub issue to all other issues....even if arpaio is charged and removed from office it would not be because of racial profiling of his ENTIRE OFFICE AND STAFF

There are 2 investigations. The FBI is criminal, the DOJ is civil. Unfortunately the racial profiling is considered civil. Thats why Arpaio spits at them. He knows they can only make recommendations. But the recommendations could also turn into criminal indictments. It's a long hard battle and Arpaio is as sneaky and dirty as they come. He has many freinds in the FBI. He brags about his coinnections almost every time he opens his mouth.
