Preparing omurice with style

Omurice is a popular modern japanese dish. It is commonly found in western restaurants, especially Italian (don't ask me why). The name is a mix between omelette and rice; because the dish consists in fried rice covered with a very soft and thin layer of omelette. And over the top some kinds of sauces can be used: curry, hayashi, cream, demi-glace. The rice may be cooked with butter, chicken or ketchup.
The restaurant where I recorded this video is the Tachibanatei, in Yokohama Akarenga. They prepare the omurice right in front of a window, to delight the public. That's entertaining!
