@Dejohn1991ptterson any time is Mexico time:) For great heat and humidity, the summer month's are best, the wind is also calmer. Fall in the Caribbean and Atlantic region is hurricane season so there is a remote chance of getting caught in one, and winter is cooler at night (sometimes dipping below 20c) but the day time still has 28c + and that's even on a cloudy day.
The clouds can be a relief from the hot sun and sun burn..
