Two Women To Cut, Shave Hair and Get Tattoos for Chained Dogs

We're doing GREAT with fundraising, having raised over $155,000 to date for the DDB Good Newz Rehab Center for Chained and Penned Dogs, but we still need more!

Both Tamira Thayne, the Dogs Deserve Better founder, and Deana Whitfield, DDB area rep and volunteer coordinator, want so desperately for this center (the transformation of the former Michael Vick Bad Newz Kennels) to come to fruition that they have decided to take desperate measures to convince YOU to donate.

IF we can raise $17,000 by March 24, Tamira Thayne pledges to do two things: Cut ten inches from her hair and donate it to Locks of Love, leaving her with about 2-3 inches all the way around, and then tattoo the Dogs Deserve Better logo on the back of her neck.

and IF we can raise $17,000 by March 24, Deana Whitfield pledges to do two things: SHAVE her head, and tattoo the Dogs Deserve Better logo ON her bald head.

That's right...on her bald head!

We may even do this together at a party in YOUR honor at our NEW Rehab Center for Chained and Penned Dogs!

We will DEFINITELY videotape the events so you can be part of it if even from a distance.

Dogs and cats are dependent on us, for everything. We (mankind collectively) have changed the world we all live in -- it is no longer a wild, animal friendly continent and the dogs that we have bred and cultivated to be our companions are no genetically equipped to survive in this world we've created. That being said, good luck to DDB ... it's a truly inspiring goal, as is the work you do for chained and abused dogs. Bless you.

@sucka502 you sr ejust stupid.dogs depend on us for food and water if they are chained up.they arnt fine when they are chained up.you ar eprobly on eof the people just chaining your dogs up and leavin gthem to starve.
