Europ Assistance South Africa Direct Mail Piece

Brief: To communicate to the decision makers of identified companies that Europ Assistance South Africa provides a wide range of telephonic services with various product offerings that can help assist their clients with just about anything.

Solution: To achieve this we designed and created one of a kind puzzle boxes that were sent out to the decision makers of selected companies, in order to get them to experience firsthand the assistance that EASA offers. The recipient could feel that there was something in the mysterious box; however they could not open it. In order to do so, they had to phone the Europ Assistance South Africa call centre and receive instructions from them on how to open the box. Inside was a brochure of individually selected products, a personalised letter, and a book filled with strange and bizarre facts together with a bookmark stating that no matter how weird, strange or bizarre a clients requests are, Europ Assistance South Africa is dedicated to assisting them.
