Mme Majida El Roumi singing her masterpiece 3amba7lamak (I Dream Of You Lebanon) in her concert in Doha Qatar in the 29th of January 2007 which was organized by the Lebanese community in Qatar in the day of faith to Qatar for her role in supporting Lebanon during the zionist attack on it in 2006,the concert was attended by important personalities like Mr.Khaled Qabbani the minister of education in Lebanon as a representative of the Lebanese government,the deputy of the prime minister of Qatar,the great Tunisian propagator in Al Jazeera channel Ghassan Bin Jeddo,the Lebanese ambassador in Doha & the responsible in the Lebanese free patriotic movement Gibran Baseel
the song is written by the great Lebanese poet Sa3eed 3akl & composed by the great Lebanese musician Elias Rahbani,the music band is conducted by maestro Elie 3lia
at the begining of the concert a piece of music is played by the band which is composed by the leading Lebanese musician the late Halim El Roumi

Brilliant! Beautiful!

Lebanon, from my memory, had the most beautiful people and the best foods! They made eating liver a pleasure, (now that's something)!

Alas, the year was 1981, (or there abouts). I wish there were no civil nor ethnic unrest there!
