In the first lesson we talked about early push arms. Now we are talking about pushing your arms too low at the end of the push. This will affect a number of things including reduced power, scooping more water at the end of the pull and not getting the right angle for the next catch. Couple of points include trying to look up at the horizon and not down at your ski. Another is keeping the hand at the same height as your shoulders through the push and bring the exit arm up to the same height. If you would like more help please email me.
