Hi! I wondering if you can help me out. My neighbour (old man) just offer me a Puch MS 50L. I believe is 1954? He have it in storage for long time. He used to ride it many years ago. I have no idea how to operate it. How do I make the pedal work? it feel like there is engine compression. Maybe the clutch is stuck? Also there is the plug by the spark plug making hissing noise when I use the pedal (very hard). Thanks
