Sure way to start up a storm is to forget your umbrella or raincoat at home. Make sure you are moving by bike or foot. Works every time.

@dcnuk Here in florida, we often times need the rain badly enough that it's worth calling one up, for everybody's sake :)

On a whim I started singing this song at work one day. Weatherman said it was supposed to be a calm, clear day. After singing this song as loud as I could, putting all my energy and emotion into it, the wind kicked up and a thunderstorm blew through.
Try it some time, it's kinda scary... :o

@dcnuk Should try it, it's intense, take a cloudy day that the energy is there but dispersed and take that ability to stop them, reverse it, draw it in and harness it... you may find the result to your liking
