I took Taekwondo myself for about a year. I love it so much. Now when I dance I incorporate everything I learned into my dancing routine. I Still need a lot of practice but I love it and it's so fun. I want to take more classes in the future. Its wonderful martial art used for defense. I love how they are so choreographed and so well balanced, It's all about finding your center, standing slightly sideways and blocking your opponent with your arms and legs. The kicks are fun!
