Well, the WWF/WWE always go in cycles... panders to children then panders to college/adults. By going through this cycle, it keeps fans coming over and over again and continue to make a profit since the 70s (don't forget the WWF was popular during the Rock n Wrestling era and the Attitude era and the in betweens it pandered to kids/family friendly stuff)
people keep saying he is only where he is cos he married Steph and he holds loads of power cos of it, that's balls. HHH paid his dues, wrestling in pig shit, he was a mid carder for years behind Austin, Hart, Nash, Razor, he made his way to the top b4 he got with Steph. He holds power like Taker does cos they are veterans.Vince has a business to run and he does what is needed to make money. $87 million profit in first quarter of 09 and u say he is failing? Tell me where exactly?
I have never read so much rubbish in my life. Real WWE fans don't like Cena? I have watched WWE since Hogan and Andre went at it, since it took Yokozuna like 3 banzai drops to keep Bret Hart down, Randy Savage, Lex Luger through the Hart Foundation upto attitude era with Rock and Austin, i have watched it for 21 years and guess what... I love John Cena. You bitch that he can't wrestle so what, neither could The Rock or Austin, how many moves did Austin have? As for this whole HHH thing
Wow, a real wrestling fan who LIKES CENA. I thought I'd never see the day. I like Cena myself, and I've been a fan for 10 years, subtract the end 2002 to Summer 2009. I was a kid getting into a lot of anime so I ended up missing a lot of stuff. From what I've seen, John Cena has made a big name for himself since he was just that guy who slapped Kurt Angle on raw.
Obviously your a modern day retard who doesn't know jack shit about wrestling history, I don't remember wrestling being geared towards children in the 60's and 70's.
Do some research before going of on people who only hate wrestlers cause they suck, you dumb little cunt.
i'm 22, i've been watching wwe since around 93!!! i ain't old enough to have watched shit from the 60s and i've seen tapes of them and the product was shit!!! in the 70s the only talent was flair!
Sorry, but Taker hasn't been in the spotlight anywhere near the degree of HHH and HBK. I don't see Taker constantly main eventing ppv after ppv like HHH does, the only reason Taker has the belt now is because Smackdown is seriously lacking star power.
