I have a new HDTV polaroid 19" I have no problem with digital OTA, because my TV doesn't have
a broadcast flag. :)

Most shows already have a broadcast flag- it's in the lower right (or left, if it's on NBC) corner of the screen- makes the show not only unrecordable but unwatchable! ;)

Thankfully god, Court struck down FCC broadcast flag.
So now, I will able to watch TV with DVR! :)

I don't like that the idea about new technology about
