No way the '9ers are taking Fairley 7th overall... I agree w/ IENinersfan comment below.... either, Niners grab a CB in Amukamara or Peterson in the first round, than grab either Brooks Reed, Chris Carter for OLB's or Kaepernick, Stanzi, and possibly Mallet in the 2nd or 3rd rounds respectively.

We do not need Fairley he's not a great fit for a 3-4 scheme. They'll either take an OLB (Quinn, Miller), CB (Peterson, Amukamara) or a QB.

@aaronwordlaw I agree with you Mel Kiper and Todd McShay with the first 5 picks. I differ with you on the Cleveland Pick. There going back to a 4-3 defense and I believe Robert Quinn is a better fit in a 3-4 defense as a Rush OLB. 1. Cam Newton 2. Marcell Dareus 3.Von Miller 4. @aaronwordlaw They spend two first round picks on the o line last year. I will be very surprise if they went with o line in the first round. They need a QB, but won't reach for Mallet or Locker. IMO Mallet is not a reach but it seems like the experts think he is. I aslo will be very surprise if Patrick Peterson is there when San Fran pick.
