Hi,

Thanks for posting, concerning your toner cartridge unfortunately you really cant do much besides replace it, on the inside of the toner there is a drum and wiper blade most likely the drum has reached the end of its life and is starting to wear which is causing the poor print quality.. however in some cases the hp 4 4plus and 5 if the scanner lens is dirty it can also cause this print defect you speak of.. thanks again

@BrokenPrinter1 Thanks for getting back to me. That's just what it looks like, almost if there is some wiper inside there that isn't working right. I have another toner cartridge and when I use that one, the prints are perfect, so I would guess too it is just the cartridge (certainly no expert though)

Well if they can be rebuilt, I'm definitely willing to give it away for free if you'd like it. It's a shame because it really looks like it has at least 80% of the toner left.

hi thank you for posting. i need to replace my rollers and this will surely purchase them from you because the time you took to make this video.

also, on one of my toner cartridges, the one side of the green drum piece always picks up toner, which leads the pages to have a light gray over printed on one side. there's plenty of toner in the cartridge. is there a way to fix this problem?
