@VS257 I don't know, V... is your opinion backed by any reliable source? To the best of my knowledge, the very President of the PASO (fyi: Pan American Sports Organisation) stated by the end of the Pan Am Games in 2007 that Rio's had been the best edition of the games ever. I hope you don't mind but I feel much more inclined to believed in documented facts.
