one of my favorite lines of phones, thanks for the review, always wanted one, for a long time, a couple years ago, the 09 model, dropped to 99.00 and i picked it up, without much hesitation... been a good phone to me, thanks for the review :)

i just bought one, and i can't change my ringtone, and when i receive a text message, it doesn't make any sounds. I need help :( and the number comes out when i receive texts. i want the names on my contact to show up

i agree with the person below me. can anyone tell me if/and why they haven't fixed the dropping the phone and losing your contacts issue? every time the battery pops out, you lose ALL your contacts. it sucks.

i really hate my sidekick if u drop it or if the sim falls out and it does it DELETES EVERYTHING it suck!! if u have any sidekick save ur contacts to the sim card!!!

@littlelocoboy Get the 09, they just came out not too long ago. The 08's had ALOT of issues. 09 is better, but still have a few bugs
