@brainznbeauty she may just mean people go natural without knowing how to take care of their natural hair and come out the house with dry damaged looking hair.

@dyschickaqt That makes a lot of sense, I guess for me I embrace my natural hair...i love it, I think its pretty etc..but its A LOT of work and I think long as a person embrace what God has given them and then decides to relax or whatever it is they do to it is fine. So yes I do think at the end of the day you can embrace your natural hair/texture and still be relaxed. But like you said its "THEIR hair" , u made some good points : )

@cncarro1 at the same time, people with perms, walk outside JUST as well with their hair broken and looking stife as hell. at the end of the day, no side is better than the other. all i promote is that black people simply take BETTER care of their hair and break the stereotype that black hair doesn't grow.
You want people to respect you when you are relaxed, yet you disrespect people who are natural. "Some people who are natural should not be natural" is what you said. Just like it isn't their business to judge your hair, it isn't your business to judge their hair. If you want to eliminate the hair judging, in my opinion, you should start with yourself. I'm just being honest, I don't mean any of this in disrespect. I actually agree with your point of view, just not your hypocrisy.

I am all for going natural, but in a way its kinda sad because its become a hype....going natural ain't for everyone like you said. For some its too much work(which it is to me) and others...frankly its not a good look. At the end of the day I think as women we should just be able to embrace our hair, and strive for healthy hair..short or long..relaxed or natural. The shade is so unnecessary
