It lies with in torque, the turning force, in combination with speed. How well, and how fast you torque determines how hard you hit. It's simple Physics. The weight being transferred+The quality of the method of transference (the twist of the body and extension of the punch) + the speed at which it is transferred is = to it's output (lb/ft.)
