@TWchronic he has alot of pole speed. this isn't a problem, it is actually good.  sometimes it can be countered by using a stiffer pole

why is it that he is kind of shot out into the pit instead of up and over the bungee?

work on extending and pulling your self all the way up with your right arm befor throwing the pole, its hard but you can do some drills like hand stand push ups to build that strenghth.

great jump in every aspect, but id like to see the chest drive in more at take off which might become possible if you turn that bottom elbow out at takeoff. Still keep it as high as possible though, great job

awesome take off just need to work on the very top end keeping that pole nice and close to the body then drving out.

phenomenal take off. Even for short runway drills I think this pole is still too small for you. You're definitely being shot out rather than up
