  • ...Original rally versions had 1600 and 1800 cm3 engines, wich came up to 180hp (the one in this video must be in this category). Now, since this is definitely the car for Mr fix-it, I've seen a lot of home made variations: turbos, 2 liters engines... The most impressive I've seen is that german Alpine, with improved body, brakes, suspensions... And with a 2,3 l BMW engine, tuned to 320 hp... Damn fast.

  • It depends... The most common original engines are 1300 and 1600 cm3 atmospheric engines, the most powerful is about 130hp. (not so much, but the weight is only 680 kg...) I'm talking about the official genuine road versions...

  • how much hp has the alpine? and which motor? turbo? or atmosferic
