Union Station still has that "old world" charm to it. It is a solidly built building.
I hope they never tear it down, it really is one of Toronto's greatest and interesting landmarks.

you're allowed pictures and videos in the train shed - so long as they are not to be used for commercial purposes.

I was there once, i met a friend from atlanta and we were looking at each others cameras. Lens caps on camers pointed down guard comes up and says no cameras in here.
i took photos anyways after cause i know the GO transit by law,

also there is nothing in the go transit bylaw #2 forbidding non commercial photography so it sounds like the security guard was out of line also there are tons of videos around of people filming and photographing in the trainshed without being accosted theres atleast one in the video suggestions to the right for instance.

also lol i took a picture of the trainshed in 2004 and in the hobo alley[place with the goth windows] is the go police gonna come after me :( lolol
