I think this reflects worse on Jay-Z than on Oasis. What precisely is he mocking about the song by performing it so badly? Performing the song in a shit way doesn't reflect any shortcoming in the song

I love Jay-Z and Noel Gallagher. This is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. In all seriousness though, if Jay really wanted to do a proper cover of a rock song, I think he could. He's talented.
