Free Groundwork Piaffe training Willow Horse in liberty

Wicky Willow groundwork training for the piaffe. He is trying so good! It isn't easy , but he is so willing to learn. This is just the beginning!! Not a good one yet, just once in a while a few good steps . He's does it without a bridle or halter, and at the end even without the robe around his neck. So totaly free.. That was his first time like this!! Yep we got some more to practise. But for now I'm very very proud of what he is doing!!

How do you teach that, by the way?

@jibbberjabbber666 I started with it on the old classic English dressage way, that is my basic. I stand besides him when he was on the halter, and then touche his behind, till I got a reaction, and then it is a reward, so it all start with being very pleased with every little move he gives, even if it is only lift one feet for a sec. And on the rewards (voice, a little pony-pellet) he loves to work things out. Yes he is cool!!! :) He is a proud horse.

Heel erg knap helemaal vanuit de freestyle! Je kunt goed zien hoe hij zijn achterbenen onder de massa zet! Petje af!
