I loved this show. I think if I have kids and I want to teach them history about rome I'll show them this show (when they're old enough of course) and tell them about some of the inaccuracies though (even though there aren't very many)

One of the best things that happenned on TV in a long time...HBO knows what it does always with style,class and brilliance...I cannot praise it enough.

The Sopranos,Sex and the City,Six Feet Under and this show are more than enough to make a stand for a life time...=)

And True Blood blew all the other HBO programs away. Rome was short lived because was to costly to film in Italy, so HBO ended by season II.
