@PianistCor That is the black capped chickadee, it is called the "Fee-bee". The males use it for mating calls, and for claiming territory.

it is the black-capped chickadee! the feee-beee (like nelson's haw-haw) is the song, whereas the well-known chickadee-dee-dee is the call, of this common north american bird.
