  • I'm not really getting the difference between a hip LIFT and a hip DROp - she lifts it and let's it fall back - how can that be called a drop?

  • OMG! prefect ass. lol

  • no le intiendo ni mais

  • Shakeira is an amazing dancer, but people have to remember she didn't INVENT belly dancing. She just does it in her own way adding in her knowledge of latin dancing into it. Belly dancing has been an ancient practice, and the way this woman explains it is very clear and precise which is what belly dancing is. It's an AMAZING exorcise. I never had any other that actually makes my stomach sweat within the first 5 minutes of it if you do it right. I'd definatly recommend it to tone your abs&butt :P

  • i have zero oblique muscles, so i need someone to help me find a workout to get me some!!!!

  • YouTube seriously needs a loop button!!! cuz i need to repeat this a 1240981309812 times to get this right !

  • @TheParadisis No one ever said belly dancing was strictly for women ;)

  • la palabra caída de cadera esta expresada muy bien ,pero la enseñanza, esta mal es desde la cadera en estado normal, hacia abajo y no hacia arriba.

  • @latinonfire don't h8 on Shakira. she may not be the only belly dancer but she is a good one
